Rewardspark Program Requirements & Official Rules
The following Program Requirements (“Program Requirements”) set forth the rules that govern your ability to earn and claim gift cards and merchandise (collectively, “Rewards”) through the Rewardspark platform (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by:
- Registering and providing personally identifiable information
- Completing sponsored offers from our advertising partners (“Deals”)
- Completing the Reward claim process, which includes identity verification
To use this Website and participate in the Rewards Program, you must agree to these Program Requirements, our Terms & Conditions (which include a mandatory arbitration clause and class action waiver), and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. residency and 18 years of age or older
- Accurate and consistent registration details
- Use of a single email address throughout the program
- Completion of required Deals within 60 days of your first Deal
- Completion of the reward claim and ID verification process within 30 days of starting
Reward limits: One Reward per household per eligibility window. Wait 60 days for Rewards ≤ $100, and 12 months for Rewards > $100.
Deal & Reward Structure
Once you register, you may complete Deals toward the Reward of your choosing. Your tier is locked when you complete your first Deal. You may switch reward levels until you begin the claim process.
Deals often require paid subscriptions, trials, or purchase completions. Full instructions are available before each Deal begins. Use only your own identity. Deal credit may be withheld if falsified or repeated user data is detected.
Reward Claim Process
Once you complete the required number of Deals for your selected Reward tier, you will be notified via the email address you provided at registration—typically within five (5) business days. This notification will include instructions to begin the Rewardspark claim process, which includes identity verification to confirm eligibility and prevent fraud. The identity verification instructions will be sent directly to your registered email. If you believe you have completed all required Deals and do not receive a notification within one (1) week, please contact our support team at support@rewardspark.co to check the status of your claim. To avoid delays or disqualification, you must respond promptly to any requests for additional information during the verification process. Failure to complete all steps—including identity verification—within the 30-day claim window may result in forfeiture of your Reward. Once your submission is approved and verified, Rewardspark will deliver your Reward—typically via email—within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please note that we reserve the right to audit claims at any time to ensure compliance with our Program Requirements and Terms. In some cases, Rewardspark may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value, including alternate gift cards or merchandise, if your selected Reward is unavailable.
Important Notes
- Use one email address for all Deals
- Only one Reward per household during the defined eligibility window
- Retain confirmation of completed Deals in case of review
- All claims are subject to audit and fraud review
Optional Offers & Communications
While using the Website, you may encounter optional surveys or marketing offers. These are not required to earn a Reward. You may skip them freely.
If you opt into marketing, you may receive emails, calls, or texts from Rewardspark and our partners. Message frequency varies; standard carrier rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Consent is not required to participate in the Rewards Program.
Arbitration & Legal Provisions
All claims or disputes must be resolved through individual binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions and multi-party claims are not permitted. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of registration by written notice. You may also use Small Claims Court where permitted by jurisdiction.
Our total liability is limited to the lesser of your Reward value, $1,000, or the amount you spent on qualifying Deals. Indirect or consequential damages are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification & Release
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewardspark and its partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Website, participation in the Program, or violation of these Terms. You release Rewardspark from liability relating to any Reward received, including any loss or injury arising from its use.
